For those of you who will provide your own digital files or mechanicals, there are some considerations you should be aware of depending on the type of job you are ordering. Please review the categories below for applicable considerations.

Digital Transfers

• Substrate color must be white or light
• When possible, digital files should be delivered in their native format using the chart above

Screenprinting (T-Shirts)

• Film mechanicals should be positive images, emulsion up, at 100% of desired imprint size
• Halftone artwork should be no more than 55 lines per inch (lpi) for light garments and 30 lpi for dark garments
• When possible, digital files should be delivered in their native format using the chart above
• Multi-color designs should be seperated into spot colors when possible (not four-color process; CMYK)

Vinyl Plotter-Cut (Banners & Signs)

• Artwork should be in vector format
• Design is cut from the "wireframe" of text and objects; fills and outlines are discarded
• Small detail, such as text smaller than 1" high, is not recommended (these items can be screenprinted though!)
